REMAND ORDER
This matter coming to be heard for the issuance of a Remand to Cook County Department of Corrections Order, the court finds: 1. That a warrant ordering the arrest of the defendant was issued by a Circuit Court Judge presiding in the County of ______________________________________ located in the State of Illinois. 2. That the defendant is charged with the offense of __________________________________________________ in the aforementioned county.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The defendant is remanded to the custody of the Cook County Department of Corrections. 2. The Department of Corrections shall transfer custody of the defendant to an authorized law enforcement officer of the county from which the arrest warrant was issued -orThe defendant may be released from the custody of the Department of Corrections upon depositing bail in the amount of $ _________________________________________________________________ dollars -orShould the Department of Corrections receive written confirmation from an authorized law enforcement officer of the demanding county that the warrant has been withdrawn from LEADS; or that they have elected to not take custody of the defendant, the Department shall release the defendant from custody. 3. This matter requires no additional bail other than as required above. Should the defendant deposit bail in the amount specified above, the defendant shall be released from the custody of the Department of Corrections. 4. Should the defendant be admitted to bail, the Department of Corrections or the Bond Clerk shall contact the county from which the warrant was issued and obtain a court date, time and location for the defendant's appearance. (Note the bail bond shall always be returnable to the demanding jurisdiction).
