REMAND TO COOK COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS ORDER
This matter coming to be heard for the issuance of a Remand to Cook County Department of Corrections Order, the court finds: 1. That a warrant ordering the arrest of the defendant was issued by a Circuit Court Judge presiding in the County of ___________________________________________ located in the State of Illinois. 2. The defendant is remanded to the custody of the Cook County Department of Corrections. 2.
