Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, the Defendant, Shaw’s
Supermarkets, Inc., respectfully moves for Summary Judgment on Plaintiff Adriano Branco’s
On Count Complaint, Specifically, Shaw’s seeks judgment on Plaintiff" s claimed violation of
the Americans With Disabilities Act, 42. USC. § l2tO2 at seq. and the Connecticut Fair
Employment Practices Act, Conn., Gen,. Statr Sec, 46a—60 et seqi As set forth in Defendants
Memorandum of Law in Support of this Motion and the affidavits and documentary exhibits
attached thereto, there is no genuine issue as to any material fact that would prevent the entry of
summary judgment in this case.
WHEREFORE, Defendant Shaw’s Supermarkets, Inc. respectfully requests that
this Court grant its Motion for Summary I udgment,
