On August 6, 2007, the defendant admitted violation of allegation A as set forth in the Petition on Supervised Release filed 2/7/2007 The Court accepted defendant's admission and found defendant in violation of conditions of supervised release. JUDGMENT/SENTENCE ENTERED: See Order Revoking Supervised Release--supervised release revoked; sentenced to nine (9) months bureau of prisons, to run consecutively to the prison term imposed in CR 07-0022-JSL in the Southern District of California. No supervised release is imposed. The Court recommends that the defendant be placed in a Bureau of Prisons Drug/Alcohol Abuse Treatment Program. The Court finds that the sentence imposed is appropriate and shall serve as a punishment, a deterrence to future criminal conduct and to protect the public.
