Petition to Revoke Supervised Release
COMES NOW PROBATION OFFICER ASSISTANT Denise Rose presenting an official report on
Carlos Ramirez-Duarte who was committed to the Bureau of Prisons on July 8, 2002 by the Honorable
James A. Teilborg presiding in the District Court of Arizona. A 36-month period of supervised release
was imposed, and supervision commenced upon the offender's discharge from imprisonment on June
7, 2005. in addition to the general terms and conditions adopted by the court, the offender was ordered
to comply with the following special conditions:
1. If deported, you shall not re-enter the United States without legal authorization. ‘
Carlos Ramirez-Duarte was convicted of Illegal Re-entry After Deportation, a violation of 8 USC
§ 1326(a) &(b)(2), a Class C felony. `
RESPECTFULLY PRESENTING PETITION FOR ACTION OF COURT FOR CAUSE
AS FOLLOWS:
Allegation A. Violation of Special Condition 1: if deported, you shall not re-enter the United States
without legal authorization.
On or about October 18, 2006, Carlos Ramirez-Duarte entered the United States without legal
authorization. This was evidenced by his October 18, 2006 arrest by the Long Beach Police Department
in California. The arrest was subsequent to his June 14, 2005 deportation. Grade C Violation,
§7B1.1(a)(3).
