On September 28, 2006, Defendant pled guilty to a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a), as enhanced by (b)(2), in case number CR06-0590-PHX-ROS. On that date, he also admitted to Allegation A in the Petition to Revoke Supervised Release filed in CR02-0285-PHX-ROS [Dkt # 17]. Defendant was sentenced in both matters on January 8, 2007.
