Steimel's Motion to withdraw as 15 counsel of record for Plaintiff Merchant Transaction Systems, Inc., ("MTSI") pursuant to 16 Local Rule of Civil Procedure 83.3(b). (Dkt.#319). On February 21, 2006 the Court 17 addressed Mr. Steimel's Motion to withdraw as local counsel by imposing conditions upon 18 his request. Specifically, the Court directed MTSI to retain local counsel to replace Mr. 19 Steimel by Friday, March 3, 2006. (Dkt.338). On March 3, 2006, Mr. Nicholas DiCarlo 20 entered a Notice of Appearance as "successor local counsel." (Dkt.#341). As such, the 21 Court's conditions have been satisfied. 22 Accordingly, 23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting Mr. Steimel's Motion to Withdraw as counsel of 24 record for Plaintiff MTSI.
