Plaintiffs respectfully request that they be granted leave of Court to file a Response to Defendants' Motion In Limine to Exclude the Business Valuation Opinions of Thomas Gilman, which exceeds the 17-page limitation set forth in Rule 7.2(e), Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. The Defendants' Motion was 33 pages in length, and the Plaintiffs' Response to the Defendants' Motion is 32 pages in length. To appropriately address the Defendants' theories raised in the motion (which itself

exceeded the 17-page limitation) requires a Memorandum in excess of the 17-page limit allowed by Rule 7.2(e).
