The GTCR Defendants and Plaintiffs hereby stipulate and agree to extend the time for the GTCR Defendants to file and serve their reply in support of their Motion for Summary Judgment On Fiduciary Duty and Other Remaining Claims from June 26, 2006 to July 17, 2006. At this time, the GTCR Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment On Fiduciary Duty and Other Remaining Claims has not been set for oral argument. Therefore, this short extension of time will not delay the resolution of the GTCR Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment On Fiduciary Duty and Other Remaining Claims.
