Defendants and Plaintiffs hereby stipulate and agree to extend the time for Defendants to file and serve their reply in support of their Motion in Limine to Exclude the Business Valuation Opinions of Thomas Gilman by two weeks until August 25, 2006. This is Defendants' second request to extend the deadline and is not made for purposes of delay, but to allow Defendants to adequately address the issues raised in Plaintiffs' response.
