The GTCR Defendants and Plaintiffs hereby stipulate and agree to extend the time for the GTCR Defendants to file and serve their reply in support of their Motion for Summary Judgment on Fiduciary Duty and Other Remaining Claims (the "Motion") until August 11, 2006. This request is not made for purposes of delay, but to allow the GTCR Defendants to adequately address the issues raised in Plaintiffs' response. At this time, the Motion has not been set for oral argument. Therefore, this short extension of time will not delay the resolution of the Motion.
