exceeding the 11-page limitation set forth in Local Rule 7.2(e). The GTCR Defendants make this request because more than 11 pages are necessary to address the nine breach of fiduciary counts and six other counts for relief that are subject of their summary judgment motion. Accordingly, the GTCR Defendants respectfully request that the Court enter the attached Order granting the GTCR Defendants leave to file a Reply Memorandum in Further Support of Their Motion for Summary Judgment on Fiduciary Duty and Other Remaining Claims that does not exceed 30 pages plus a 20 page Annex prepared by the GTCR Defendants for the Court's convenience.
