On December 6, 2005, this court granted appellant’s motion to proceed in
forma pauperis. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § l9l5(b)(l) and (2), however, appellant
eventually must pay the full amount of the filing and docketing fees for this
appeal. p
The court sent appellant an outdated authorization form: the full amount of
the filing and docketing fees for this appeal is $255.00. Accordingly, within 21 -
