Plaintiff filed his appeal from the district court judgment on June 14, 2005 (doc. #110), and this case is now before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition, the district court appeals clerk has informed this court that plaintiff re-filed his Motion for Extension of Time with the Court of Appeals. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED denying plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time to Secure In Forma Pauperis Documents (doc. #111). This order has no effect on any motion filed in the Court of Appeals.
