All parties having rested, IT IS ORDERED that each party file proposed findings of facts and conclusions of law and reference transcript pages and exhibit numbers for those findings. That the findings are to be filed with the Court by July 17, 2006, with any memorandum of law supporting those matters. With respect to the cost of the transcript, it's ordered that it be prepared by the court reporter, with a statement regarding the cost of the transcript. The parties are advised that it is the practice of the Court to order that each party share a half of the cost of the transcript, with the full cost to be the party responsible for that to be determined at the time that a judgment is entered by the Court. 10:28 Proceeding concluded.
