A 2l E moves for a brief extension of the current due date by which both parties are required to
22 file their Proposed Finding of Facts, Conclusion of Law, and other supporting papers from
23 July 21, 2006 to July 31, 2006.
24 This brief extension is requested for the following good reasons. Plaintiff is still out
25 1 of counny, the transcript of the seven-day trial was not available to the parties until June
26 26, 2006 and that is rather voluminous. Plaintiff is diligently working on returning home
27 and on producing these post trial submissions. To produce these submissions in a form
28 1 that would adequately brief the Court on all the crucial evidence and the facts of this

1 matter is much harder for the pro se Plaintiff under his current circumstances. This motion
2 is not made for any improper purpose. The requested extension will provide the Plaintiff a
3 more reasonable opportunity to tile his post-trial submissions.
4 Plaintiff has not been able to contact the opposing counsel. Plaintiff sees no reason
5 why Defendant Intel would have any objection to this short extension when it would
6 equally benefit and just a few days ago its motion on the same subject was granted.
7 For the foregoing reasons, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that the due date for
3 the parties to tile their respective post-trial papers be extended from July 21, 2006 to July
9 31, 2006.
10 RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this I 2 day of July of 2006.
