The Court having stayed this action pursuant to the parties' stipulation pending the settlement of In re AEFA Securities Litigation, 04-CV-1773 (S.D.N.Y.), IT IS ORDERED that the plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification (doc. #140) is deemed withdrawn without prejudice to being reinstated by motion if the settlement of In re AEFA Securities Litigation, 04-CV-1773 (S.D.N.Y.), is not effectuated, or if effectuated, does not resolve the plaintiffs' motion. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (doc. #109) is granted and that Jon E. Drucker of the Law Offices of Jon E. Drucker and Moss Gropen are withdrawn as counsel for the plaintiffs. DATED this 21st day of March, 2006.
