MOTION FOR LEAVE TO REPLACE AFFIDAVIT EXHIBIT

Pursuant to the Court's April 4, 2005 Protective Order, Defendant respectfully moves this Court for an Order directing the Clerk of Court to replace certain pages of an Exhibit to a Declaration in the public file for this action. Specifically, Defendant asks that the Order direct the Clerk of Court to remove Exhibit B-5 of the September 16, 2005 Declaration of Peter K. Vigeland in Support of Defendant's Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification (Docket no. 151) and replace Exhibit B-5 with the properly-redacted Exhibit, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
