Upon representations that counsel will be available, telephonic oral argument will be heard at 9:00 a.m. Alaska Daylight Time

(10:00 a.m. Arizona), on Friday, September 21, 2007.

Oral argument

start time for the hearing.

The incoming calls will be routed to a

telephone "bridge" (a silent answer), and counsel should remain on the line until the in-court deputy retrieves the incoming calls and connects them to the courtUs sound system. If an attorney desires co-counsel to attend, that individual may do so by following the above procedure to call into the courtroom. However, counsel should instruct other participants that this

proceeding will be on the record and that their participation will be limited to listening to the proceedings. Additionally, and so that the in-court deputy may be advised, the court must be informed
