CR 03-367-1 PHX-SRB ORDER REVOKING SUPERVISED RELEASE
A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having previously admitted violation of special condition #4, IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant, Shelley Jean Miguel, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS. The Court recommends to the Bureau of Prisons that the defendant be placed in an institution where defendant can receive substance abuse treatment. No further sanction of supervised release is imposed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Defendant shall pay a $100.00 special assessment, with credit for monies paid to date. Payment of criminal monetary penalties are due during imprisonment at a rate of not less than $25.00 per quarter, and payments shall be made through the Bureau of Prisons Inmate Financial Responsibility Program.

The defendant is remanded into the custody of the United States Marshal's Service. The defendant is advised of her right to appeal within 10 days. DATED this 29th day of November, 2005.
