REQUEST FOR DENIAL OF MOTION

The sole defendant to move for attorneys' fees post-judgment in this action was Kent Electronics, Inc. Judgment was entered on February 3, 2006. Pursuant to Local Rule 54.2, Kent Electronics had sixty days to file its memorandum of points and authorities and supporting documentation. That sixty days expired April 4, 2006. Kent Electronics did not file the requisite materials. Moreover, counsel for Kent Electronics has not consulted with counsel for plaintiff with regard to its fee application as required by Local Rule 54.2 (d)(1). No request for extension has been filed.
