United States of America, NO. CR 06-952-PHX-MHM Plaintiff, RELATED No. CR 03-864-PHX-ROS v. Francisco Laguna-Tarazon, Defendant. Pursuant to Local Rule of Civil Procedure 42.1, the United States, through undersigned counsel, notifies this Court that the above-captioned case is related to Case No. CR 03-864-PHX-ROS, United States v. Frank Dippolito, et al. In CR 06-952-PHX-MHM, Francisco Laguna-Tarazon is charged with Conspiracy to Possess With Intent to Distribute Marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). The underlying facts supporting this charge are identical to the underlying facts supporting the conspiracy charge in CR 03864-PHX-ROS. Pursuant to Local Rules of Criminal Procedure 5.1(a) and Civil Procedure 42.1, and in the interests of judicial economy and continuity of counsel, the Government respectfully moves this Court to transfer Case No. CR 06-952-PHX-MHM to the Honorable Roslyn O. Silver, so that it may be resolved in conjunction with CR 03-864-PHX-ROS. NOTICE OF RELATED CASE AND MOTION TO TRANSFER
