The defendant was originally placed on probation by this Court on November 6, 2003.

On April 1, 2005, a Petition to Revoke Probation was filed alleging a violation of Standard Condition

Nos. 3, 7 and 16 also Special Condition No. 1.

On July 20, 2005, the defendant appeared with cotmsel, Joanne F. Landfair, and the

Government was represented by AUSA Darcy Cerow for a detention and preliminary revocation

hearing. The defendant waived all hearings. On July 26, 2005, the defendant appeared with counsel,

Joanne F. Landfair, and the Government was represented by AUSA Richard I. Mesh for AUSA Darcy

Cerow for an admit/deny and final disposition hearing. Defendant admits to violating Standard

Condition No. 7 as alleged in the Petition.
