The defendant, by and through his attorney, respectfully moves the court to exonerate

the cash surety bond that was posted shortly after the defendant's arrest. The defendant was
16

sentenced on May1, 2006. He was allowed to self-surrender. The defendant has self17

surrendered and is currently in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons serving his sentence.

The surety bond for $5,000 was posted by the defendant's son, Cole Durbin. For the
19

foregoing reasons, the defendant requests that this Court enter an order exonerating the bond.
