Honorable, Judge David G. Campbell U
United States District-Judge
Ninth District ‘
_ 401 East Washington Street
Sixth Floor g
Phoenix, AZ 85003
Dear Judge Campbell,
I am writing to you again about Neil Bond for two very important reasons.
First, Neil had his Health and Life insurance license revoked approximately 2
weeks ago, due to the two felony convictions reguarding Social Security, which
you are familiar with. Neil is no longer able to work as a Health and l.ife
Insurance Agent. The Arizona Department of Insurance was informed of Neil’s
convictions through an Insurance Company. An unknown person notified them
immediately after Neil’s conviction. Once again confirming my suspicion of a
railroad. ·
I attended Neil’s Administrative Insurance License Hearing. The Administrative
Judge said a Federal Judge could have reversed the Jury Trial Verdict if he
wanted to, and Neil would no longer have been guilty of a crime he did not .
commit. However, that’s not the way I understand it to be. The Administrative
Judge denied a continuance ofthe Hearing until the Federal Appellate Court
makes it’s ruling. I
To begin with, without a federal conviction, there would have been no revocation
of Neil’s license. He will no longer receive income. Neil was always within the
Social Security Guidelines, as you breifly got to see during and after Neil’s
Sentencing Hearing and he still has not been allowed a Social Security
Administrative Hearing.
Secondly, Neil was granted a new Appeal Attorney, Mr. Anders Fiosenquist.
Since then, Mr. Fiosenquist has made numerous commitments to Neil, both
verbaly and in writing, that he is.not adhering to. One of those commitments was
for Neil to review the Opening Brief of the Appeal. After the incompetence at the
onset of Neil’s Trial, the complex issues of this case should allow time for Neil to
make sure his Attorney is understanding all ofthe facts. Mr. Hosenquist has

ignored several certifed letters requesting a Hearing with you to discuss the
multiple commitment problems and discuss the appointment of a new Attorney.
lt is evident to me that these appointed Attorneys do not put forth the effort for a
Federal or State funded client as they do for their own clients.
lt is disconcerting that NeiI’s and my life are in the hands of people who have little
concern for what the outcome of this will be. We are up against a Government
Agency and have concerns of surviving this.
Other than my utmost concern for Justice, ldc not have any expectations from
sending you this letter. What I believe is, a voice not heard is worthless.
Again, ll want to thank you for reading this letter, and l also want to thank you for -
responding to my letter on March 20, 2006.
Sincerely,
`
