AMENDED ORDER FOR PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES

Upon Defendant Sheila Isabell's Motion for Amended Order for Provision of Transportation Expenses, the Court being satisfied that the interests of justice require the same,

that the Defendant is financially unable to provide same, and that the defendant is medically
16

unable to travel from Ohio to the District of Arizona by bus,
17

IS IT ORDERED that the United States Marshall's Office shall arrange for Ms. Isabell's
18

air transportation from Chillicothe, Ohio to Phoenix, Arizona for the purposes of Ms. Isabell's
19

attendance at her sentencing set for August 20, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. in the instant manner.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States Marshall Office provide Ms. Isabell
21

with subsistence expenses for that travel.
22

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C.
23

§3161(h)(1)(H) will commence on _________________ for a total of _________________ days.
