Upon motion of the defendant, no objection by Defendant and good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED granting the defendant's Motion to Continue Sentencing set for July 11, 2007, for the reasons stated in defendant's motion. This Court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the best interests of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial, in that granting the motion will accommodate the defendant's and the government's interest in achieving a fair resolution of this matter, and would further the public's interest in an efficient administration of justice. This finding is based upon the Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(8)(B)(iv). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED continuing the sentencing from July 11, 2007, to the ______ day of _________________, 20_____.
