has been on Lovastatiri for sonic time. .
C)- DTRS are diminislied liilaterally from what l expected. Muscle strength is ct ual 4/5
bilmcrally. Muscle bulk is equal. 'l`here is tenderness to palpation over the nraspinztl
muscles in the lower lumbar spine about Ll -L3 mostly. She is able to get ui from the A
side strap under the exein table with mild difficulty ’ ·
