IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant's motion to continue is granted pursuant to 18 USC §3161(h)(8)(A) and continuing the trial date of December 6, 2005, in this matter to 8:30 A.M. on February 7, 2006, and extending the motion deadline until January 3, 2006. This Court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the best interests of the public and the Defendant in a speedy trial.
