Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range, and the disposition reports and any attachments. The Court finds defendant's supervised release should be revoked. IT IS ORDERED revoking defendant's supervised release. IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of Ten (10) Months, with credit for time served. Following incarceration, defendant is sentenced to a Twenty-Six (26) Month term of supervised release under the standard conditions adopted in General Order 05-36, with the following special conditions: 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

Defendant advised of right to appeal. 8. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. 7. You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm. 6. The defendant shall maintain full-time employment and/or schooling as directed by the probation officer. 5. The defendant shall participate in an approved program for domestic violence and anger management. 4. You shall reside and participate in a residential re-entry center for 120 days, unless discharged earlier by the probation officer. If accepted defendant may transition to the Recovery Homes program. 3. You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. 2. You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.
