Defendant, Robert McKay, through undersigned counsel, hereby moves that this Court extend his deadline to file a Reply in support of his Motion to Set Aside his Plea Agreement for a period of five business days. Undersigned counsel will be out of the country the week of March 13, 2006. For that reason, Defendant asks for a five-day extension of the deadline to file his Reply. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. §3161(h) (1)(F) and 8(A) will not occur as a result of this motion or an order based thereon. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this 10th day of March, 2006.
