14 THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY ALLEGES:
15 On or about August 31, 2004, in the District of Arizona, ROBERT S. MCKAY did
16 forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate and interfere with a federal law
17 enforcement officer, namely Special Agent Dobyns of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
18 Firearms and Explosives, while Agent Dobyns was engaged in or on account of the
19 performance of his official duties.
20 In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1ll(a)(1).
