After you have completed and signed the questionnaire, please mail it in the stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Jury Office, Sandra Day O'Connor United States Courthouse, 401 West Washington Street, SPC 2, Phoenix, Arizona 85003. You will be notified by the clerk's office when to report for jury selection. Your reporting date most likely will be either during the week of April 25-28 or May 2-5, 2006. You may not discuss this case or any of the questions or your answers with anyone else, including your family. If anyone approaches you and attempts to learn about any aspect of the case or this questionnaire, including the questions, your answers, or the case summary, you may not answer their inquiries. If they persist, you should report this to the Court. You should not review any press or media reports about the case or do any investigation about the case on your own. CASE DESCRIPTION This case involves members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club who have been charged with various federal crimes. The Indictment alleges violations of RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization), Violent Crimes in Aid of Racketeering, as well as gun and drug offenses. The Defendants have pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.

LENGTH AND SCHEDULE OF TRIAL This trial is expected to last between four and six months. Jury selection will begin in late April, trial will begin when jury selection is complete, and our best present estimate is that trial will end between the middle of September and the middle of November, 2006. During trial, the jury will hear evidence Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be breaks during the day, including a one hour lunch break. Due to the length of the trial, several one-week recesses will be taken. These recesses will occur on the following dates: June 27-July 4, August 1-4, September 5-8, and October 10-13, 2006.
