Pending before the Court is an unopposed Motion by defendant Century Surety Co. for a four-day extension of time to file an opposition to plaintiff Century 21 Real Estate LLC's ("Century 21") Motion for Leave to Amend the Complaint. (Dkt. 188.) Century 21 does not object to the short extension of time. There being no objection to Century Surety Co.'s request, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Century Surety Co. has until April 21, 2006 to file its Opposition to Century 21 Real Estate LLC's Motion for Leave to Amend the Complaint. (Dkt. 188.) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no further extensions of time shall be granted. DATED this 17th day of April, 2006.
