Pending before the Court is Century 21's Emergency Motion to Remove Plaintiff's Brief in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Exclude Portions of Omer Declaration and Certain Exhibits ("Plaintiff's Brief") from the Electronic Docket. (Dkt. 147.) Because Plaintiff's Brief was filed under seal pursuant to the Court-approved protective order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Brief in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Exclude Portions of Omer Declaration and Certain Exhibits (Dkt. 146) shall be removed from the docketing system and placed onto the docket in accordance with the Court's procedures for filing sealed documents.
