4 Plaintiff Century 21 Real Estate LLC ("Century 21") and Defendants Century insurance
_ 5 Group and Century Surety Co. hereby notify the Court that the parties stipulate to a two-day
6 extension of time for Century 21 to tile its Reply brief to the Motion to Amend the Complaint to
7 May 10, 2006. Good cause exists for the two-day extension because Century 21 ’s counsel, both
l 8 lead and local, are unavailable due to an unforeseen medical complication of one attorney, two l
9 attomeys being called away for out-of—town depositions, one attorney being out of town in a
10 marathon, and one attorney attending his 1irm’s semi-annual, out of town firm retreat.
