Case No. CIV 03-869-PHX-FJM OBJECTIONS TO NATIONAL RV AND FREIGHTLINERS PROPOSED VOIRE DIRE

In the interests of brevity Plaintiff responds to both Defendants' Proposed Voire Dire herein. Plaintiff notes that questions Nos. 1-16 in Defendant's submissions are identical. In any event, the only questions Plaintiff objects to are Freightliner's Nos. 26-

Plaintiff's case on an improper basis. It would be impossible to "un-ring" that proverbial bell thus causing a mistrial or immediate grounds for appeal. As such, Plaintiff strongly objects to questions Nos. 26-28 and asks that the Court bar both Defendants from making any mention of Shangri La or nudism at any point of the trial including jury voire dire. WHEREFORE, for the foregoing reasons Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Honorable Court prevent both Defendants from asking any questions about Shangri La or nudism during voire dire. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this 31st day of January 2006.
