19 Beaudry RV in lanuary of 1999., Defendant National RV was the final stag (
20 manufacttrrer of the motorhome, which was built on a chassis manufactured b_
21 Defendant Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation.

De Shazer claims that National RV breached its written warranty relating t I

24 the motorhome, and that Freightliner breached its written warranty relating to the chassis
25 on which the motorhome was built., Mr. De Shazer further claims to have sustaine

damages due to National RV's and Freightliner's breach ofwarranty for which Nationa
