Plaintiff pro se has filed a Motion for Stay of the Taxation of Costs Order Pending Appeal (Dkt. #140). Upon application by Plaintiff, and good cause appearing, this Court grants Plaintiff's Motion for Stay of the Taxation of Costs Order while her case is on appeal. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Stay of the Taxation of Costs Order Pending Appeal (Dkt. #140) is granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Courts shall stay the Taxation of Costs Order (Dkt. #140) pending Plaintiff's appeal. DATED this 1st day of November, 2006.
