Final judgment having been entered, Defendant filed an Amended Bill of Costs on July 10, 2006, seeking the taxation of $2,445.95 The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. Court Reporter Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1 (e)(3), of the $2,445.95 claimed, only $1,974.45 is allowed. (No Reporting Services, Condensed Transcript, ASCII or Re-Billing allowed.)
