15 Pursuant to Rule 54 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Practice of the United States
1 6 District Court for the District of Arizona local rule 54.l(b) as of December 1, 2004 (formerly 2.19) the
17 Plaintiifhereby submits the following itemized objections to Defendanfs Application of Bill of Costs filed
ie on April 10, 2006 with the accompanying Bill of Costs signed April 10, 2004.
1 9 Objection #1: According to FRCP 54 and LRCiv 54.l(a) which states ..."This bill of costs shall
2 0 include a memorandum ofthe costs and necessary disbursements, so itemized that the nature of each can
21 be readily understood, and, where available, documentation of requested costs in all categories must
22 be attached. The bill of costs shall be verified by a person acquainted therewith.” Plaintiff did not
2 3 receive copies of invoices indicating the amount the Defendant allegedly paid for the deponent’s
2 4 transcripts and court transcripts listed in their Notice of Application for Bill of Costs.
25 Objection #2: The Deposition of Jorge Jimenez on 7/27/04 $159.55. He was not a Deponent in
p 2 6 the above entitled case. Upon review ofthe case docket, a copy of which was submitted to the United
27 States Appeals Court by the Clerk, this individual’s name could not be found as having been Notieed for
2 B Deposition.
