Plaintiff pro se has filed a response to Defendant's motion for summary judgment. (Doc. 109). Plaintiff appears to have submitted with her response a supporting statement of facts that includes an Index to Exhibits with 31 entries. Plaintiff's Index to Exhibits shows that items numbered 6 and 7 have been referred to as "court sealed documents." Items 6 and 7 are in sealed envelopes and are marked "confidential." Plaintiff's statement of facts and exhibits have been "lodged" but not filed. A party must file a motion requesting permission to file documents under seal. The documents to be filed under seal should be placed in a sealed envelope and should accompany the motion to file under seal. Should Plaintiff require further clarification regarding the filing of sealed documents, Plaintiff may contact the Clerk's Office at 602/322-7200.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall return to Plaintiff the lodged statement of facts and supporting documents. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within eleven days of the filing date of this Order, Plaintiff may file her statement of facts and Index of Exhibits to include documents that are not under seal. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff desires to file documents under seal in support of her statement of facts, she should file the appropriate motion accompanied by such documents in sealed envelope(s) within eleven days of the filing date of this Order.
