The Court will enter a 21 conditional order herein vacating the trial and oral argument scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 22 Friday, January 27, 2006 subject to a timely request by either side that the Court hear further 23 oral argument. 24 IT IS ORDERED conditionally vacating the trial and oral argument scheduled 25 for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 27, 2006. If either side desires oral argument solely on 26 the issues raised in the parties' Stipulation Concerning Tax Issues, that side shall file a timely 27 Request for Oral Argument by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 in which event the 28 matter will remain on the Court's calendar for oral argument as previously ordered.
