The parties hereto hereby stipulate and agree that good cause exists to allow an extension of time within which to file with the Court the Joint Proposed Pretrial Order, motions in limine, and other documents specified in this Court's January 24, 2005 Amended Rule 16 Scheduling Order. "Good cause" exists for the granting of this request for extension because no trial date has been set and no other deadlines will be affected by this brief extension. For the foregoing reasons it is requested that this Court grant this stipulation to extend the time for preparing and filing the Joint Proposed Pretrial Order and accompanying documents. Pursuant thereto, the parties hereto submit their Amended Rule 16 Scheduling Order which provides that the new date for filing of the Joint Proposed Pretrial Order and accompanying documents will be November 29, 2005.
