against Defendant Grant Goodman in the amount of $141,909.93, plus interest at the rate of 15% from April 23, 2005 through July 21, 2006, and thereafter at the applicable federal rate of 5.19% until paid in full, a certified copy of said Judgment having been recorded as Document No. 2006-1086333 on August 15, 2006, in the office of the Maricopa County Recorder, has been satisfied to the extent of only $26,487.15. $154,895.57, plus further accruing interest on the amount of $141,909.93 at the applicable federal rate of 5.19% from April 22, 2008 until paid in full, remains outstanding and unpaid on said Judgment.
