The Judgment Creditor, General Electric Capital Corporation, has filed its Application for Order of Continuing Lien Against Garnishee (Doc. # 126) pursuant to A.R.S. Section 1598.10 and the Court finds that such Application is proper. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that subject only to the garnishment in favor of California Portland Cement Co., Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc, shall immediately pay over to the judgment creditor's attorney all non exempt earnings withheld from the wages of the judgment debtor Teri B. Goodman, by said Garnishee after service of the Writ of Garnishment; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above Writ of Garnishment is a continuing lien against the nonexempt earnings of the judgment debtor Teri B. Goodman and said Garnishee shall continue to withhold such earnings and remit them to the judgment creditor's attorney together with nonexempt earnings statement. DATED this 26th day of July, 2007.
