The Receiver has prepared and filed herewith the Receiver's Accounting

for the period September 18, 2003 through June 30, 2005, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". WHEREFORE, the Receiver respectfully requests that the Court enter an order approving the Receiver's Accounting for the period September 18, 2003 through June 30, 2005, attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
