1 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
2 1. A hearing shall be held before this Court to consider whether the Defendant
3 Ronald Holt has purged his contempt of this Court’s orders on at
4 o’clock Q M. _
5 2. The conditional furlough previously granted to Defendant Ronald Holt
6 under this Court’s Order Approving Joint Motion for Conditional Furlough entered on
7 May 13, 2005 (Doc. No. 236) is hereby extended through the date of the hearing set forth
8 above.
9 3. The Receiver and the SEC and CFTC will report to the Court, at least ten
10 days prior to the date of the hearing set forth above, on Defendant Ho1t’s progress toward
1 1 purging himself of contempt and their recommendations regarding Holt’s continued
12 incarceration.
