15 The Court, having granted in part Defendants City of`Ph.oe:·uLt, Monson,
I6 Drum, Lynda and Gr{]j‘En Motion for Summary Judgment on September 20, 2006, finds as
17 follows:
lg IT IS ORDERED that judgment is granted in favor of Defendants, City of
lg Phoenix, Monson, Dunn, Lynde and Griffin and against Plaintiff, Mark August, on his
20 Complaint and that Plaintiff Mark August, recovers nothing thereby;
21 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,
22 Rule 54(ib), there is no just reason for delay in entering final judgment in favor of
23 Defendants City of Phoenix, Monson, Dunn, Lynde and Griffin against Plaintiff Mark
24 August and the Court expressly directs that judgment be entered.
