1 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the time for the parties to file a Joint Proposed
2 Pretrial Order and all Motions in Limine is extended by two days until Friday, November 17,
3 2006. All other existing deadlines, however, remain in effect. The deadline for responses
4 to all Motions in Limine is still November 29, 2006 and the Final Pre-Trial Conference is still
5 on December 15, 2006.
